The purpose of this information is to educate all stakeholders on the guidelines for INFINITY IPS decommission and redeployment /transfer process.
In an event the INFINITY system has to be decommissioned for the purpose of redeployment to another user or for repairs in the service center. The following steps should be followed;
Step 1: Distributor – Request INFINITY IPS Decommission via the warranty portal link to fill warranty transfer form and submit
- Reason for decommissioning
- Repairs – Follow the warranty service claims process
- Redeployment – Go to step 2
Step 2: Distributor – Request INFINITY IPS Decommission via the warranty portal link, go to warranty transfer form, fill appropriately and submit
Step 3: ZOLA Customer Service – Respond to warranty transfer request
Step 4: ZOLA Technical Support – Access request, give technical support and approve

Step 5: Distributor – Follow INFINITY IPS installation process and register redeployment changes on ZOLA Vision
